Just in case anyone was wondering why, after its initial low number print run, Joanne Rowling changed her name on the second edition cover to J K Rowling at publisher’s ‘helpful’ insistence which was because they didn’t think little boys would buy a book with a woman’s name on it!!! Here’s a study to back up publisher’s lack of support for female novelists and papers lack of support for female reviewers.

This is the concept design for the ebook cover of my feature script Dickens and Isabella — a gothic love story - which should be available on Amazon by the end of the month. We are hoping to shoot the feature by late Summer/early Autumn. This is just a mock up of the design, that should be finalised by late next week sometime.
